Duane Roof is Vice-President and a co-founder of Robertson Loia Roof. Through hands-on management, he helped grow Robertson Loia Roof from a small, two-man firm to one of the “Top 25 Architectural Firms” in Atlanta for the 15 years running, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Duane has over 35 years of professional experience in the field of architecture, including all aspects of design, contract document production, and administration of construction contracts. Over his career he has been responsible for many diverse project types from both the private and public sector including retail developments, K-12 and post-secondary, commercial, business parks, industrial and manufacturing, and athletic and recreation facilities.

Duane is the Principal-in-Charge of the Architectural Department at Robertson Loia Roof and currently oversees the day-to-day activities for all of the architectural projects. He has extensive experience in programming and document preparation for projects involving new construction, renovations, and additions.

Duane has been involved in the Dawsonville community by serving on Planning and Zoning Committees and as Chairman of the Dawson County Development Authority for 5 years.
